All packages will be shipped UPS Ground unless a faster method is requested. All orders over $400 ship UPS Ground for free. Any special shipping requests such as 3-day, 2nd day or Next day will be charged in full to your account. All packages are shipped out insured and with a tracking number so that you have nothing to worry about in the delivery of your product.
Order Problems
We are here for you before, during and after the sale of our products. If there is ANY discrepancy in your order please contact us right away so that we can rectify the situation. Damaged Merchandise or Lost Packages
If you receive an order and the box appears to be damaged upon receipt, please make sure that the driver makes note of the damage before he leaves. You will need to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS so that they can clarify the damage with you and then let us know right away so we can begin the claim. UPS may need to see the package again so please do not discard any of the packaging or damaged products before we tell you that the claim has been completed. UPS is very good about taking care of their claims and it typically only takes 7-10 business days for a damaged package.
If the package has not arrived in normal delivery time and you feel that it may be lost, please contact us immediately so that we can start the tracer on the package. UPS will attempt to locate the package and once they determine that the package is in fact lost (they are allowed 7-10 days to trace the package) they will begin the claim process and typically pay claims within 8 business days. At that point we can either credit your account or re-send the package, whichever you would prefer.
Return Policy
We understand that at times a product is mis-ordered or not exactly what you had expected. If a return is due to our mistake we will accept the products and provide a full refund including the shipping to return the parts to us. If you change your mind about a product we will require you to ship the parts back to us at your cost, but will provide a full refund on the parts. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in an unopened and completely re-sellable manner.
Due to the nature of electronic items, Heli Wholesaler can only warranty proprietary items. All other electronic items must be returned to the said manufacturer for proper determination of defective or misuse condition and warranty service. If an electronic item is shipped with a package seal and returned intact thus showing not used, Heli Wholesaler will be glad to exchange or credit your account for the returned item. Electronic item returns will be handled on a case by case basis so contact your salesperson accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you.
